Marty from Integrity Home Inspections performed the home inspection on the house we are looking to purchase and he went through the home with a fine tooth comb and was very impressed on how in depth his report was and how fast he was able to get it back to us. We have used Marty twice so far and would again if we were looking at another house. I highly recommend Integrity
This was the best $650 we have ever spent. Although Marty did not say one way or another that we should purchase or not, he just checked over everything extremely thoroughly. He let us know what was wrong, what needed fixing, what could last a few more year like the roof. In total we were buying a flipped house. The contractor hid so many shady repairs. Marty saved us from buying a 1/4 millions dollar house that still needed another $100,000 dollars worth of repairs. If you are going to flip houses please do it correct. Doing something correct is cheaper in the end. We almost bought the money put. Thanks to Marty’s detail we saw all the items that were missed. THANKS!!
