We used Alan for a home inspection on a house we were considering buying that was in rough shape. Alan was easy to work with, knowledgeable, thorough, and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile. He and his service changed our understanding of the property and allowed us to go into our offer confidently. The way he took us around and made the time to explain piece-by-piece what he was seeing was like a lesson in home integrity and inspection. He was even able to give us an appointment last minute the next day and fit his service to our needs. And the price was very reasonable. I couldn’t have been happier.

I had an incredible experience with Alan from Integrity Home Inspection. He inspected a home my husband and I were hoping to buy (and ended up buying!). As a first time buyer, we were nervous about the process, but Alan completely put us at ease, explaining what he was looking for every step of the way, and pointing everything out to us as he went along. He let us know what were easy fixes and what weren’t, and what items were “must-dos” before moving in, which really gave us peace of mind. His inspection was thorough and our attorney and agent let us know it was the most detailed report they’d ever seen which is exactly what the buyer wants to hear! But on top of that, he was kind and respectful (he inspected our home during COVID and followed all safe, social distancing & mask rules, which was very important to us). Alan then proceeded to follow up with me by phone and walk me through the report, and we had a handful of conversations after whenever I had another question about something from the report, or the process in general. He even looked over reports I received from other inspectors about structural work. He always made time for me. Thanks to his thoroughness my husband and I walked into our new home feeling confident, and even received a credit for a few of the items that Alan had flagged in his report! Thank you, Alan!

Me and my family are looking into buying a home. We wanted to have an inspection for peace of mind before we made the purchase. After doing a search online, we decided to go with Alan after reading the stellar reviews. We were not disappointed. He was extremely thorough, checking things that we never would have thought of. His report was very meticulous and easy to read through. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure we didn’t have any questions. We are very satisfied with his work and attention to detail, and will absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking into buying a home.
