To help you protect your investment, we will provide a comprehensive, visual inspection of the home and its’ major systems. The home inspection report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system; interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components. Special attention is given to identifying deficiencies in systems and components that require immediate repair or that need further evaluation. The report clearly and objectively points out the existing conditions of the property. Our inspection will educate you and make suggestions regarding safety upgrades in your new home.

They were very informative and walked me through the house and showed me any issues that needed to be addressed. They gave me advice on how to repair issues found and were available when I called later with another question. Very satisfied customer.

I was impressed by their expertise across all aspects of the home. Their strong backgrounds in construction was evident. In my particular case, the sellers required them to don full Tyvek suits, masks, take temperature, etc.) — they happily complied and still managed to provide a very thorough inspection! They honed in on small details that led to big discoveries. Everything about their process and communication was seamless and hassle free. I definitely recommend Integrity Inspections and appreciate the stellar job they did for me.
