The report he gives are very thorough! I also recommend asking for the infrared thermal images, it helped us see things that we might have not known about without it.
Even though Chris is my brother I’ve had the pleasure of not only having a full and complete inspection done on the house I bought, I’ve been lucky enough to tag along on a few inspections due to my curiosity of what goes into the process. The amount of professionalism I witnessed coupled with the knowledge of what he was able to bestow with the customers blew me away. Top notch service and quick report turn around saves not only time in the home buying process but having someone who leaves no stones unturned during an inspection will give.
I have worked with many home professionals, and Ironclad is, without a doubt, one of the most thorough and honest in the business. He values doing things the right way and will not cut corners to make something easier. I rarely do reviews or recommendations, but for Ironclad, I felt like I had too.
