I had previously reached out to another home inspector and found their report to be very confusing. Chris was able to review the previous reports and provide easily digestible feedback that helped me make a decision on my home. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details to me and my husband – we would definitely recommend!

Chris, the owner, came to inspect the house. He came when he said he was going to and was professional and informative. He explained things very clearly as he pointed out potential issues that should be resolved and gave recommendations of what could be done to remedy them. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything so they could be documented. He even spent a lot of time in the hot attic during the summer to make sure he didn’t miss anything. After the inspection I received a full report of his findings via email along with recommendations for repairs that should be done immediately and ones that should be taken care of eventually. The report was easy to read and very comprehensive with photos. I was impressed with how quickly the report was put together. I really liked that there was a listed summary at the end of all the findings unlike another report I had done by another inspection company. I highly recommend Island Fox for your next home purchase. It’s essential to know what you’re buying with an inspection before committing to such a large purchase like a home. I now have peace of mind moving forward. A+
