Our Broker recommended Matt to complete inspection of condo we are purchasing In Murrells Inlet. He was very thorough and was able to answer any questions we had about the unit. The turnaround time was amazing. I’m pretty sure it was the evening of the day he did inspection. Not used to that in Charlotte. Report was thorough and very easy to understand. Highly recommend.
I was blown away by his use of technology. He used a drone to find a missing roof shingle over 30′ up I’m confident any other inspector would have missed. He was extremely thorough, answered all my questions, and helpful through out the process. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Matt was wonderful to work with and did an impressive and thorough job with his inspection! I’d be glad to recommend him to anyone needing their home inspected.
