James did a Great Job inspecting a home we would like to buy. He prepared a document with thorough descriptions and pictures. He checked everything and found certain issues with electrical that need to be fixed. He also found structural issues with decking that need to be fixed. I decided to use a home inspector of my choosing instead of one recommended by the realtor after having someone accept my offer on their house. I explained to James how important it was to me for him to provide a thorough inspection of the house, as it was older, and I can honestly say he gave me exactly that! Very informative report at the end of the job, and he was eager to offer as much of his time as needed to help me understand the report if I had any questions. Because of his immaculate work, I avoided buying a potential money pit. I’ve used him again on another house, and again the exact same quality the second go around. I HIGHLY recommend using J&S before purchasing your next home.
