The firm does not have a $500 fee, wonder where you got that from?

He has done 4 inspections for me in the past 5 years, so you can see my dataset is not thin. I’m also an engineer and very savvy at home renovations, so I’m capable of making an assessment. Mr. Grewell isn’t the friendliest inspector, but his knowledge and expertise more than make up for it. He is extremely thorough and knows houses inside and out. If there is something going on in the house, you will know about it. He inspected my house and I was so impressed I joined him. I am thrilled to be helping people make one of, if not the biggest, financial decisions of their life. The price of an inspection is a drop in the bucket when you think about it, and the ammunition you get from one, used correctly, can more than offset the nominal fee.
