They did an inspection on a home I am hoping to purchase. They were able to schedule very quickly, arrived early, and were extremely thorough, both in their inspection and in their explanations and the walk-through with us afterward. The report was also very detailed. In addition, they gave us a book with instructions on home fixes, a valuable resource I’m sure I will turn to again and again. In all honesty, they were worth much more than the price I paid!

Dean was awesome! We had to move our appointment last minute because the appraiser who came earlier accidentally took the key with him when he went out of town, so Dean wasn’t able to get in at the scheduled time. But he shuffled his schedule around to come the very next day so we can meet our due diligence. He was very thorough and explained everything to us clearly and simply. He told us that he looks at every home as though he was inspecting it for himself or one of his children, and because of that he is very detail oriented. He made sure to explain what would be an actual concern and what would be easy to fix.

Extremely easy to work with, quick scheduling and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home and have any/all small and major finds documented.
