Alex is incredibly thorough. As first time buyers, my girlfriend and I were grateful to have such a knowledgable and trustworthy inspector, who certainly went the extra mile to investigate every detail of the house. He was also very accommodating to our schedules and is super friendly. We consider our standards to be quite high, so trust us when we say he is an A+!

Alex was extremely professional. He arrived early and already had scoped out a lot of the place before we even arrived. He was very thorough and not afraid to get into crawl spaces or up on roofs. He was able to answer all my questions with obvious knowledge and experience. I felt very comfortable and confident with what he was saying. He took notes the whole time and gave us the report very soon after we finished. All in all, no complaints and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Alex was great. I showed up 10 minutes early and he had already been at the property to start the external inspection. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating to many questions, he made what can be a painstaking process very smooth and educational. I would, and have, reference him for use in your home inspection.
