We reached out to Joe on a Sunday while shopping around for home inspection as part of our home buying process. He was very responsive and helpful, and we managed to schedule an inspection within a couple of days of making contact. Long story short, after Joe’s inspection, our real estate agent called him “the best inspector I’ve ever seen.” His inspection was thorough and incisive and he took every opportunity to educate us on the fundamentals of the house, as well as potential concerns to look out for. Within 48 hours he produced an inspection report that provided great detail on his findings and was very influential in our negotiations with the seller.

I was pleased with the work that JCL Home Inspections did. Joe was highly referred to me by my sister who had used him the year prior to inspect a Coop she was purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and he did a comprehensive job. Furthermore, he was able to quickly accommodate my request with short notice. He was extremely thorough in his work and he kept me in the loop about anything he found concerning. Joe was also very patient and accommodating in answering my questions and he explained everything to me in layman’s terms that I could understand. He did a comprehensive report in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend Joe for your home inspection. Believe you me, you won’t be disappointed!

Joe of JCL Home Inspections completed an in-depth and thorough inspection of our newly purchased home and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, what we found most valuable was that Joe kindly took the time to teach us about each and every detail of the home as he was inspecting it, patiently answering every question we had for him along the way. As a result, we walked away from the inspection feeling more confident and knowledgeable about the home we were purchasing. This patience and desire to educate his customers is what separates Joe from all other home inspectors.
