JDA Home Inspection

I recently purchased a home and John of JDA Home Inspection performed the inspection. First off, due to the current COVID-19 situation and the shortened inspection contingency period, I was very concerned about not only getting a quality inspection but getting an inspection at all. My realtor recommended JDA Home Inspection and now I will be personally recommending them to all my family and friends. While John had to take all the required precautions to inspect the home during this pandemic, it in no way took away from the thoroughness of his inspection. After John completed his inspection, he toured me through the entire property to highlight all the major points of his inspection and then (the same day) emailed me a comprehensive report that I will continue to use as I update and renovate the home in the future. Truly grateful for John providing exceptional home inspection services and on such short notice.

JDA is the only inspection company we use. They have performed close to 100 inspections for us over the years. Very professional. Always on time. Affordable and very thorough. The owner John is a great guy!
