Scott was awesome. He let me walk the home with him during his inspection and passed on information to help me know what to look for in my home searches as well. Ultimately, I ended up not buying the home. His inspection likely saved me a lot of money. The home looked so nice on the outside but had structural issues that the seller did not disclose. Needless to say, he will be the inspector for any home I consider now and in the future
He provided us with a detailed report and quick turn around. Inspection was thorough and detailed pictures accompanied gave us just what we needed to get started on work. Scott is knowledgeable and efficient, kind and professional. I definitely recommend his service to anyone.
He explained everything he found with great detail and was patient with our questions and concerns. Aside from his professional attributes, he was also very personable. He’s a great, honest guy who I would trust with any home I’d potentially buy. We will be using him again undoubtedly.
