Jill was incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. She was also attentive to my questions and helpful about what aspects from the inspection were most dire and which were necessary but could wait. She is very no nonsense about her approach and honest about what aspects could be tackled on my own and which would require a professional. Her follow up report was timely and based on the setup, incredibly easy to translate into a repair request list.
