The report was very well put together and easy to follow. When I couldn’t be there on the day the inspection was scheduled, he worked with my wife to make sure we understood all of the key components of the report and guided us through next steps. I would definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!
Very knowledgeable and thorough inspection would use again if ever buying a house. Local inspector. He even addressed the dishwasher not working. Does a full thorough inspection and is very affordable
