Jim Turner

Jim Turner is an exceptional inspector; his attention to detail and focus, when evaluating the structure of a home, is unparalleled. I was fortunate to find Jim randomly, while searching the internet, I found an article her wrote several years ago, “What to look for in a good home inspector”. It was very informative. I called Jim because I had additional questions; he was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions without making me feel intimidated. Jim is very professional and does not miss a thing. He takes his time and will take lots of photographs of the home for his report. My home is 700sq feet and Jim’s inspection report for my home took 2 days. It was detailed, reader friendly and specific. The 80-page report consisted of color coded pictures of my home, which indicated important area’s in my home that need immediate to less immediate attention. I use mine as a to-do list. The greatest thing about Jim is he is truly there for his clients from beginning to end. He is never put off by questions; in fact he welcomes them because he really does have all the answers. Jim is certified through ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc.) and was president of NAHI ~ National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. and CREIA ~ California Real Estate Inspection Association, Inc. I called to verify his credentials and they are all true. Jim is the inspector that all selling real-estate agents hope you don’t have. Additionally, even after my inspection Jim continues to answer my questions and offer advice and does so without hesitation. Jim even sent me a You Tube video on tankless water heaters because he felt it was good information. Jim has surpassed everything he wrote in his article. Jim’s work ethic and personal integrity are impeccable.

This is our 5th house we’ve lived in. Every time we had an inspection. Jim was by far the best inspector we’ve ever worked with! By the time he was done, we knew exactly what we were buying. His report was over 50 pages complete with photos. Not that we’re planning on moving anytime soon, but when we do, he’s the only inspector we’re calling. Thank you Jim for doing such a great job!
