Executive Summary: Andrew is a detailed-oriented and thorough home inspector whom I hired through Thumbtack. I would hire him again for another home inspection. And I would recommend him to anyone else. Andrew did the home inspection on a newly remodeled old house that I was considering buying. We exchanged messages on Thumbtack before I decided to hire him. He was very prompt and detailed in addressing all my questions and concerns. I had prepared a list of questions related to the house that I wanted answers. He went over the list making sure that he understood all the questions. The inspection took about two and a half hours. After the inspection, he went over the list of questions again, making sure that he answered every one of them. He was very detailed and thorough in his inspection. And most of all he was very patient with answering all my questions. I would hire him again.
