Jarrett was wonderful to work with and made the inspection process easy and less stressful. He was very responsive leading up to the inspection and was quick to provide information on site. He was very professional, detailed, and the report he produced was thorough and easy to read. Would definitely recommend!
Received a lot of information in regards to the house I am looking into purchasing. I was working with Jarrett and he was courteous and worked well under the circumstances (the seller had not unlocked our crawl space or turned on the water so the inspection was incomplete). But, Jarrett rescheduled for another day to complete very quickly and did not penalize me for their errors. Looking forward to hearing all of the details from the final inspection, felt very good in his care.
