When it came time for one of the most important steps, everyone I asked immediately recommended Jon. The inspection was timely, thorough, and Jon answered all of the questions we had along the way. Excellent, friendly service – and very personable. I am in the middle of buying and closing on my first home. It has been a unique, and a lot of times, a stressful experience. When I hired Jon to do a home inspection, I had read and heard only good things. Jon far exceeded my expectations. Not only was he clearly an expert in the field, but he was working FOR YOU. He cares about you as a homeowner, and he was there to educate me on every little thing that I would have never thought of. His report of the house was extremely detailed, and it was done in a timely fashion. Since the day I called Jon, I’ve been in better hands. He has even been reaching out to me AFTER the inspection to make sure everything is going ok, and if I had any questions on things. As I close and move into my new home, I know that Jon will be someone I can depend on at any time

So, you have 10 days to get an inspection done after the purchase agreement and luckily we found Jon. We had to pay a little more than the others but you get what you pay for. He took his time and documented every flaw and we had a new build. He also walked us through the ins and outs of basic home maintenance and taught us stuff we would have never known to save us money in the future. Being a home owner can be expensive but having the right tools can make everything so much easier. Also, he was very professional and down to earth which made the experience painless when making this life change.
