Joshua Tree Home Inspection in 2019 as two lifelong friends and proud residents of the Morongo Basin. We were born and raised in Yucca Valley, CA, and have been fortunate to watch the area grow firsthand. We take pride in our community and are proud to call the Mojave Desert home. At Joshua Tree Home Inspection we offer easily understood comprehensive, same-day home inspection reports. This review is for a home inspection. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s services. He answered all our questions, his report was detailed ( a little too detailed I would say, which is good for a home buyer), and even went back another day to test something he couldn’t do on the day of inspection because it was raining. Awesome service!

Marshall is up there with the best of them. I don’t just recommend or use just any home inspector. As a professional in the Real Estate Industry, I am very picky on the Home Inspectors I recommend and use due to the massive impact an inspection has for a Buyer and the home itself. The Buyer needs to feel comfortable with the sale. Marshall has that something I look for in a good home inspector and I have been told by his clients that they feel at ease with his reports and they are easy to read. He is detailed, takes lots of photos, is available for questions even well after performing the inspection. His reports are clear as to what the main issues are in the home. All in all he is one of the best.
