Owning a home is a great experience and one that everyone should have. Your own space, a place to call your own is a great way to begin your life. The dream of being a homeowner also involves an extreme amount of responsibility. The first step to owning a home is making sure you get a professional home inspection done on the property. A home inspector will be able to target problems that the average person cannot. Within the nooks and crannies of a home, there could potentially be big problems that could sway your decision on whether or not to purchase.

I ended up purchasing the home Jerry inspected. Once we moved in, within four days started experiencing problems that weren’t mentioned in the report. The floor in the kitchen was water damaged due to the fridge leaking – 80% of the flooring had to be removed and replaced. The Master Shower was leaking down to the floor below. I understand that most homes have problems, and it’s difficult to find some of these. As a first time home buyer, this was incredibly stressful. Jerry is a nice guy, but he missed a few important/expensive problems. If I knew about the damage in the kitchen, I would have either passed on the home or asked for less. I’m just disappointed. Excellent job. Jerry was helpful and answered many of my questions.

Pointed out essential fixes as well as recommendations. Also provided a handbook for minor repairs around the house that I believe every new homeowner should have.

I am a first time home buyer and had a great experience with Jerry. He walked me through each part of my future home and talked to me through every step of his inspection. I left feeling confident about the process and like I had a clear understanding of the home. He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything to me. He pointed out a lot of good tips and tricks about the house as well. Definitely a person that knows a lot about all types of homes! Highly recommend if you are looking for an experience professional
