Our appointment was at 10am and he was early. I was pleasantly surprised. Chad was very thorough and took the time to explain a lot of things that I was not aware of. He was truly the consummate professional. I was highly impressed on the quality of service that he provided. Being a military veteran, it was a plus that he gave a discounted price for services rendered. I will definitely be calling Chad again to schedule my 11 month inspection.
