Buying a home in Las Vegas is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity. For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing. For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries.

The majority of our business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations. We work directly for the client. Our job is to insure that the client understands every item that may be reported. Our job does not end after the report is completed.

Ken always arrives right on time as scheduled, he works quickly and efficiently. When the inspections are completed he spends time going over all the pictures he had taken and explains everything to us in detail. I receive the email reports with pictures within one day. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs an inspection of their home!

A few years ago, I was the Listing Agent on a property that needed a lot of work done, so naturally I was afraid of what was going to turn up in the inspection report. After I received my 80+ page report, saw how thorough he was, I knew I wanted him as my inspector for my Buyers! Kenny is very accommodating to mine and my Buyers schedule, always makes time, we have our report by the end of the day and if I have any questions or my Buyers do, he responds quickly.

I originally found them when they inspected one of my Seller’s homes. They were so detailed and thorough that when it was time for my Seller to buy she wanted to hire K and K. Kenny is knowledgeable and very professional. The reports that they send are detailed and easy for the home buyers to read. Kenny is also always available to answer questions. As a Realtor, it’s important to create a team of reliable professionals that you can trust to do the best for your clients. K and K Inspections was an easy choice.
