He went above and beyond to help us understand the status and maintenance history of the home we were buying. He gave an honest assessment of the shape the home was in and thorough explanations of how to approach the various small problems that he found. Five months in, we’re very happy in our new home.

Kelly is incredibly honest, clear and straight forward – exactly what you’d want in a home inspector. He made it very clear that his only interest was to make sure we understood what we were getting into with our home purchase. When we called him to do a pre inspection of a home we loved that was being sold as-is, he did extensive research on water lines and photos of the house before he arrived. Once on the property he pointed out many thousands of dollars worth of repairs that would need to be done just on the front of the house and the front yard. This was all we needed to know in order to decide to walk, and he graciously offered to waive his fee since we no longer needed to inspect the inside of house. He saved us a bundle of money and time and was happy to have helped even though he didn’t get paid.
