Brett was very professional and did an excellent job on our pre-purchase inspection. The property was well maintained, however, Brett was able to find multiple areas of concern to investigate. If you’re making the investment in buying a house I recommend having Brett inspect it.

Recently used KVEHI for an inspection on a property we planned to buy. They were expedient with scheduling. Ben was super thorough in his inspection and explanations during our walkthrough. He took the time to explain the things he brought to our attention and why they may or may not be important in our decision to buy the property. His final report detailed what he found during his inspection and was very helpful. We had a great experience working with him.

He was also able to fit in our necessary time frame which many other companies were not able to do. I would highly recommend Brett and would go to him with our next inspection needs.

He is very knowledgeable and I fully trust him and his recommendations. He is also a structural engineer, which makes me feel even more comfortable with his findings. I have used Brett twice and will definitely use KVHI if I need any future inspections. Highly recommended!
