Larry did a fantastic job inspecting our home. He was nice, friendly, and professional. He showed us some things to be concerned about, and had a very reasonable price! He asked before removing the breaker box because it had been painted over, and he could have damaged the paint. He explained everything, including the smallest possibilities of repair.

Larry just inspected a church building for us we are getting ready to purchase. He was so thorough. Covered every square foot of the property and it’s systems. The follow up meeting was extensive and complete in every detail. I would highly recommend .

Larry was very professional and friendly. He explained the process nicely. We got an inspection from him on our crawl space after living in our house for a few years. He didn’t do more than he needed to do and he didn’t put pressure on us to do other testing.
