Being on the mainland, I had questions about the process they use, and some items I discovered when I was able to walk through the unit last month. I talked with Mike in advance, and he answered all my questions. He came across very professional and knowledgeable with a comprehensive process. After the inspection, I received the full report later that evening. Way sooner than I expected. It was one of the most comprehensive and legible inspection reports I’ve ever seen. Easy explanations of findings, thorough descriptions with color photos. A real nice report. I’d recommend Mike to anyone!
