Home inspection was not thorough enough.Lots of professionals have said to me they have never seen an inspection with so little on it.This cost me thousands of dollars because company didn’t address things as they should have. Unacceptable. These are problems that obviously existed pre-final inspectionIssues not addressed:Garage roof leaking due to part of board missing. Garage flooding issues.All sinks in home leaking due to no washers installed. Had visible water damage. Said sinks were not leaking anymore. Untrue.Did not address severe foundation cracking and settling indications.Did not notice ant and springtail infestation and spider infestation in garage.So many things overlooked. I do not recommend this company.
I initially thought the inspector did a great job. He wrote a great detailed report and found every little thing that could possibly need repaired. Or so I thought. The day I moved I discovered the shower didn’t work (no one lived in the house before me). Called a plumber. Plumber says shower was installed wrong and there’s no way it ever worked so he’s not sure how it ever passed inspection. Yet on the inspection report the shower and knobs are marked satisfactory. Considering there’s no way water ever came out of that shower I’m not sure how he could have marked it satisfactory unless, of course, he just didn’t check it. Although I’m aware the inspector isn’t a licensed plumber, it wouldn’t have taken one to turn on the shower, notice water didn’t come out and note that there was something and it needed to be repaired. I would never, ever recommend this company.
Danny was very thorough and walked me through each item that he noted on the inspection.
I appreciate how you were able to get it done the same day I called, as well as send the report to me that night. I reviewed the report and was very impressed with your attention to detail. You were extremely thorough and I am grateful for the time you took. I sent my report to someone else to review as well and they were also very pleased with your work. I truly feel I got my money’s worth from the inspection. I terminated my contract on the home. I may be out a few hundred bucks, but you saved me a nightmare and thousands of dollars in the long-run. I will be sure to contact you when I find another home I am interested in buying and will gladly recommend you to anyone I know needing a home inspection.
He made us and our home his priority. He used the latest technology such as a drone with camera and to get great pictures and video of the roof, sky lights, and chimney. He took the time to personally point out the big ticket items to me and my wife after he completed the inspection. He completed the very detailed and easy to read 75 page report and had it to us the very next day. The report included detailed pictures and explanations of each potential issue identified.
