Eugene was recommended by our real estate agent in Kernville because he is very thorough and has done a lot of work with the agent as a result. We were pleasantly surprised to see that not only was he extremely thorough but also extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe how much he knew about all the different systems and aspects of the property. He did a great job noting things and also educating and informing us about them. His report was very clear and thorough, using verbiage that was understandable to a common person and not just tradespeople. The photos were very illustrative and supportive of everything. I would use him again and again and highly recommend him, also couldn’t believe how low his cost was, especially compared to other parties when purchasing a home such as the appraiser.

The best home inspection I could have asked for! He caught everything and that helped me negotiate a better price. He goes the extra mile for you and will catch everything that needs to be fixed! I’ve had many other home inspections and they missed very important issues and were more expensive. This is your 5 star home inspector!!

Eugene delivered a fantastic home inspection report after spending hours on the property. He is very detail oriented and knowledgeable. Critical problems are highlighted, but minor issues are not discarded. Everything is documented thoroughly and the report will be useful for years to come as we make our way through and address what was identified. Kern River Home Inspections is an excellent choice for a home inspector.
