The availability and scheduling was quick and easy with a good response time. As a new home owner, I had no clue what to expect. He was patient with my questions and educated me on so many things. He was available afterward for any questions or concerns related to the report. Even the sellers were impressed with his work! I usually don’t leave a review but this was a fantastic job.
