The inspector was knowledgeable, an effective communicator, and willing to explain home features and regulations during the course of the inspection. Finally, the advanced monitoring technologies interfaced with an iPhone and state-of-the-art software enabled the inspector to photograph, document, organize, and communicate/distribute observations during the inspection in an organized, digital report of annotated photographs, including indications of those home features representing potential safety hazards.

It was full of photographs that showed the actual areas of concern. He also highlighted those areas that needed immediate attention. Great job!!
