One of the best experiences I have ever had with a service. Kenneth is a total gentleman , he is courteous and professional. The inspection was thorough and proper. The inspection report was precise and very informative.

He was able to service the property within a 24 hour notice, arrived at the property early and started working right away, answered questions along the way (for deeper insight), surveyed areas more than once to check sunshine vs rain results, and has been even excellent on post questions and follow up.
