Mr. Kushner is the best inspector we have had the pleasure of dealing with! I have bought other properties out of state before, but this was my first foray into upstate NY territory. Moving to a new region, I had so many questions – both when it comes to the housing market and local guides. Thank our lucky stars we went with Mr. Kushner! It was maybe $100 bucks more what other people were quoting us but he saved us from a really bad deal – a 550k mortgage on an older property that looked good on the surface but in reality, was going to cost 200k or more to get up to code. Mr. Kushner is incredibly thorough, explains everything, and also teaches new homeowners like myself tricks about house maintenance. I can’t recommend him enough! He’s fantastic and I will use his services again and again!

First off, Mr. Kushner is very pleasant, extremely professional, and a joy to work with. He was in no rush, taking the time to be exceedingly thorough, explaining his findings in a way anyone can understand, and answering all my question. It only takes a minute of speaking with him to recognize that Mr. Kushner is extremely knowledgable in his field and clearly enjoys what he does. I wish everybody could be as professional. A joy to work with.

Unbelievable amazing experience! Steve is not only extremely proficient in his craft but a great person as well. I won’t pick anyone else but him to do my inspections from now on!
