Michael Eades did a very through inspection. I am very impressed with his knowledge and expertise he has shown me. I purchased my home without personally inspecting it myself. I felt he made great effort to be my eyes. This guy climbed on top, he crawled under, he lite up dark places, opened draws/doors, etc. His report was easy to comprehend, user friendly, and no less than professional. Not only we’re his pictures clear and to the point with descriptions, He provided video of issues that he felt needed to be viewed. I don’t only highly recommend him I feel he and his company is what other companies should strive to be like. “LAKE CITY INSPECTION” has my vote. Thank you again guys i appreciate you taking pride in your profession. Oh and by the way I received a credit that would have easily been overlooked by me which I was made aware to by Michael. Good honest people in a nut shell!
