He was waiting for us when we arrived and explained that he would not discuss any findings in the open due to the selling agent being present. He said that “he was working for us and whatever he needed to discuss with us was our business only, not the sellers”. We understood and appreciated this approach, because any info the seller hears may put us at a disadvantage in negotiations. He did, however, pull us aside right away to show us any major problems that he found. The process was organized and professional. Kyle answered our questions in a way that helped us understand what he was talking about as we are not contractors or tradespeople.
I had the pleasure of working with Kyle who was very thorough and throughout the process would point things out to and easily explain them to me. I would highly recommend him!
Kyle was early to the appointment and happy to answer all the questions I had as a first time home buyer.
