Lancaster Inspectors
Hello, My name is Kevin and I started inspecting homes in 2008. My experience prior to that consisted of thirteen years in Residential Construction, building new homes and remodeling some as well. For another thirteen years, I worked in commercial construction building concrete structures: e.g. Sprint Complex, the Arrowhead Stadium expansion, Stowers and many more.
When the economy slowed down in 2008 I decided to make a career change and attended a program for the training of home inspectors. Upon completion of AHIT, (American Home Inspector Training Institute) and receiving my certification, I joined ASHI, (the American Society of Home Inspectors). Unlike other inspector associations, ASHI requires the completion of 250 paid home inspections and a passing grade for the National Home Inspectors Exam. The higher standards, code of ethics, and standards of practice expected from the association’s membership are what drew me to join.
Took the time, was extremely thorough. Saved me from making a huge mistake!!! Will definitely use for my next inspection!
Kevin inspected the home I am purchasing and from the start it was a great experience. He was willing to work with my schedule so that I could be on the property during the inspection. He was so thorough, I don’t think there’s an inch of that house he didn’t evaluate. Periodically during the inspection he would check in and let us know what he’d seen so far, especially after big ticket items like the roof or the sewer scope. At the end of the inspection, Kevin gave us a verbal report with details of what he had found and we received the written report first thing the next morning. Overall, I couldn’t be happier or more confident in my inspection. I will definitely be recommending Lancaster Inspection Company to my friends.
Kevin is the very best inspector in town. I have used several other companies as I’m a Realtor and he is by far the best. He finds everything and is very honest and easy to work with.
