Mark Londner is the best home inspector we have ever used. He is professional and thorough but equally important explained our home systems to us. We learned so much! He found a couple of significant issues that our builder needed to address but even if house had been perfect, it would have been well worth it because of the information he provided us. The written report is excellent and includes lots of pictures so we can remember what he was talking about.
LBI Home Inspection was a delight to talk to during our consultation call. Mr. Londner was very knowledgeable and took the time to research the property prior to even talking to me about what my needs were! My plans changed and ultimately I no longer needed an inspection, but I’m keeping the contact info for Mr. Londner because I definitely want someone as experienced as him to help me in future endeavors!
Mark from LBI Home Inspection was fantastic. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on each element we came across during inspection. This cannot be said about some of our former inspectors who just seemed to want to check the box. Mark seemed to take pride in his work and make sure that we as home owners were fully informed on the state of the home, potential maintenance risks, and corrections that should be considered.
We’ve purchased several homes and used several inspectors, but Mark was exceptional. Whomever you choose, I recommend hiring an individual inspector (like Mark) rather than use a big-box type inspection company with many inspectors where it’s not certain who you’ll get. Hire mark, set the time aside (several hours), and watch and learn from him.
Mark taught us a lot about what to look for in a home inspection and how to take care of a home. This was well worth the money and was very educational. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home especially for first time homebuyers.
Mark was fantastic. He’s a very thorough inspector and incredibly effective communicator. He obviously loves his job (both the inspection and education aspects of it) and was willing to take the time to help me with any questions I had. He inspected a 100 year old house for me and left no stone unturned. I would recommend him to anyone
