Very easy to schedule an inspection, even working around my weird work schedule. Very intelligent and well versed in his inspections, knew everything to look for, and was able to explain in detail every issue he found (we were clueless as first time home buyers) which was incredibly helpful, all while having a very friendly attitude. One thing worth mentioning was it had been raining here and was very muddy outside, without me asking he made sure to treat our home like he would his own and left it just as clean as when he got there, just really respectful, something i hadnt even thought of at the time.

Tim was extremely prompt and professional. Within days of inquiring about a home inspection for a Real Estate transaction, Tim had completed both my inspection AND a very detailed report and had it in my hands. He also offered, for a small charge, a very nice hard copy of his report which will last me a lifetime. I’ve not dealt with any other inspectors as this is my first time buying a home, but Tim has set the bar extremely high for Home Inspection. I would not hesitate to reach out to Tim again and I would absolutely recommend his services

Who would have thought that a home inspection would be a pleasant experience? Certainly not me yet here I am writing a glowing review!
