Very easy to schedule an inspection, even working around my weird work schedule. Very intelligent and well versed in his inspections, knew everything to look for, and was able to explain in detail every issue he found (we were clueless as first time home buyers) which was incredibly helpful, all while having a very friendly attitude. One thing worth mentioning was it had been raining here and was very muddy outside, without me asking he made sure to treat our home like he would his own and left it just as clean as when he got there, just really respectful, something i hadnt even thought of at the time. Great turn-around on the report and very detailed. Highly recommend leading edge!
Who would have thought that a home inspection would be a pleasant experience? Certainly not me yet here I am writing a glowing review! The inspection and documentation was beyond thorough, the service was quick, the cost was reasonable, I felt like I got an amazing value, and Tim’s ethics were on point.
