He was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions on the spot and pointed out things we never would have seen. The final report we received was very easy to read, well formatted, and itemized down to the last detail. We have purchased a few homes in the past, and he was by far the best inspector we’ve come across and will be recommending and using him again in the future.

We initially hired Mr. Vogel per our relator’s recommendation and will absolutely continue to work with him in the future. In our experience with him, he went above and beyond what was asked of him in the home inspection. He worked with our schedule, he was efficient, and most importantly Mr. Vogel was extremely thorough in his inspection. In his report regarding the home we were looking to purchase he identified several issues that could have been easily overlooked, but could have had catastrophic consequences. He spent a significant amount of time going through each problem within the property, giving us an in depth explanation of what his concerns were. He answered every question in great detail, and did everything he could to help us learn and grow from the experience as we are first time home buyers. Without Mr. Vogel’s expertise we may have bought a home that would not have met our needs, and could’ve been a headache financially..
