Rocky helped me out when my home insurer needed some info before renewing my earthquake policy. I was in a big time crunch, and he was able to meet my deadline, even returning to the house a second time after the insurance company had additional questions, AND bringing a friend along to make a quick repair, AND not charging me for the second visit! He communicated clearly throughout this process, and delivered a prompt report once his work was complete. Extremely professional and prompt, and willing to go the extra mile for his customers.
