Not only was the inspection super thorough, not only was the report incredibly detailed and helpful, but Craig Lester even spent time on the phone with us to explain the results further and help us understand the extent of the mold problem (mild, but with a child with allergies we needed more info). He then gave us the names of multiple local companies that offer mold cleaning services along with the exact info we’d need to pass them to get an accurate quote before closing on the house. If you’re a buyer, seller, or just a concerned home owner, this is the guy you need to call regarding inspections.
