We happened to find him when he was working at another home in our development. We liked him right away – it was a good vibe. He turned out to be exactly what we sensed about him. He arrived a few minutes early for the inspection and was focused and efficient. He got the job done and on the same day we received our inspection report. I normally do LOTS of research before selecting a company to perform any kind of work. This time I just went with my gut, and I have no regrets about doing so.

Brian is amazing. I was in process of buying a house with a very difficult seller. The home was just on the edge of the city, which meant it was on propane. He showed up on time and began his inspection. That’s when we figured out that the propane tank was empty. The seller had let the tank run dry. Brian volunteered to come back after it was filled to finish the rest of the inspection. We then rescheduled. Brian sent me a very thorough exam on what we were able to complete, and I mean thorough. He has amazing attention to detail. When the day finally came to have the tank filled the propane guy found a leak, so it delayed Brian coming back out. Then the seller insisted that an agent be present for the rest of the inspection, so we had to reschedule again. Then the agent needed to reschedule again… Brian took it all in stride. The man has the patience of Job. Extremely professional.

Brian performed a very thorough and informative home inspection. He answered all my questions during the inspection. He took many pictures that was included in his detailed post inspection report.
