My husband and I recently bought a condo and Tracey was recommended to us by our Realtor. Despite this recommendation, we vetted a few other competitive home inspectors. Tracey proved herself to be above/beyond before we even hired her. She responded to all of our questions (there were A LOT), sent sample reports, and was overall very professional/responsive. Once hired, she was on time for our inspection and started compiling her report the minute she was on site. She was amazing at explaining every step of the process so we knew what she was looking for and what she found. As first time home buyers, she incorporated a lot of educational information on how our building systems operate and recommendations on long-term upgrades we could make in our condo. She made us feel very confident about this potentially overwhelming purchase of a home. After the tour, she sent us our report within the same business day, which was very appreciated during the hectic home buying process. Lastly, she gave us a great recommendation for painters and offered to continue to be an adviser in the future for home questions or repairs. Needless to say, we were extremely happy with our choice in picking Tracey, and would recommend them to anyone else in this process.
