Brady was exceptional. He was straight forward and told us what was good and bad about the house. As I first time home buyer he made the experience comfortable because I didn’t have to read between the lines. His report was helpful and it included pictures. It even had a section that was a listing of the suggested fixes (But you should still read the whole report). I highly recommend him and he has exceptional customer service.

He took extra time with us to give his opinion on some of the bigger concerns that were found. We highly recommend him!
