Chris came highly recommended to me by a local agent, as mid-coast Maine is not my typical territory. He did not disappoint. He was knowledgeable, and his inspection was thorough. He was happy to answer questions about the property for my clients, and his report was concise, which I appreciated. I would recommend Chris to anybody buying a property, as they’ll come away with the knowledge that they need about the important purchase they’re about to make.

I highly recommend using Long Cove Inspections if you need a home inspection. Chris is extremely thorough and provided us with a very detailed report that included photos of issues along with the ability for us to generate request list for fixes. At the inspection itself, he let us ask any questions we wanted to while doing a run through of the house and as a result of this (combined with the report of course) we feel very well informed. Thank you!
