I was so lucky to find John while googling for a home inspector. I read his excellent reviews. I emailed him and he gave me a quote. He arrived early to inspect the apartment I was interested in buying. It was such a thorough inspection. He not only inspected the apartment but the common areas of the complex. He found many concerning issues that I was able to address with sellers before the closing. He answered all my many emails and questions. He also recommended what exactly an electrician would have to do to rectify issues in the home. What he quoted me in the first email was what he charged me on completing the inspection. He showed me things I should take care of on a yearly basis, like changing air conditioner filters etc and how to properly clean moss off a concrete patio. He inspected every inch of the house we are purchasing, answered questions on the spot, and provided helpful advice to maintain/improve the property.
