Jack was recommended by my Realtor because of his masonry background. The home I’m purchasing had some masonry issues. Beyond that he demonstrated great knowledge of all the other applicable construction and mechanical aspects of a home. He is very thorough and had recommendations to solve the issues discovered.
This was my first home inspection, and Jack was patient with all of my questions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, was honest with what was needed to have work done, was not afraid to bring out his tools or get dirty, and provided a prompt 44-page report only a few hours later. I felt comfortable calling him up if I had any further questions or concerns and that he would be able to provide an professional answer.
He explained himself thoroughly and was honest with repairs/things to watch during our inspection. He also informed us of area events in the city that we are moving to and let us know if we needed anything questions answered to reach out to him. High recommend!!!!
