This home purchase is special to me and my family as it will hopefully become our forever home. We went with Lou because our initial home inspector had to cancel due to an unforeseen death. We were nervous as with a home purchase time is precious and having to find another inspector that would be available at the scheduled time we previously arranged with the sellers was not likely. We called around and then found Lou. To be honest when he said he was available I was really glad, but also thought to myself why is he available. We had no other choice and we decided we needed his services so we went with Lou. Lou was very patient during our initial conversation, determined what we needed, and set up an appointment to be ready to go at 9:00 am on a Saturday. We could not wait to see the home again and go through the inspection. My family woke up early and prepared ourselves. We arrived there with five minutes to spare. Who was already there Lou! He was already at work inspecting the outside and preparing himself. He introduced himself and then offered us a gift which was an informative book about all the parts/functions of a home. In addition, he provided us with a gift/discount card that could come in handy for things relating to the house. Once we started the inspection my wife and I could see that we were in for a treat.

Thanks Lourenco…Great service, honest guy, somebody you can trust for your home inspection…you can call him anytime he always answer the phone..you can not ask more for a home inspector! 100% recommended!
