A truly professional home inspector. Did what I expected and more!
I would highly recommend using Madden. They were the the fourth inspection company I contacted. I couldn’t even get anybody to even pick up the phone for 2 out of the first 3 companies I called and the other company was booked up past the time I had to get the inspection completed by. Madden was more than happy to do it and got me scheduled right away. I wasn’t able to attend the actual inspection, but it was obvious from the report that Tim did a very thorough job. I’ve had other house inspections done in the past for other real estate purchases and Tim’s report was the most comprehensive I’ve ever gotten. Madden’s prices are reasonable, they are easy to work with and provide an excellent service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We used Tim for our house and a camp. Both his office staff and Tim himself are so kind and responsive. He is very thorough and gave us opportunities to ask questions about the inspection afterwards. We would trust him to inspect any property for us. Thank you, Tim!
