I called Kyle and we set up our appointment immediately. He was already at the house before I got there and was very informative about everything. He explained everything to us as well, since we don’t know a lot about home ownership, but we never felt and quot;talked down to.and quot; He gave us suggestions for projects that should be done or fixed as soon as we moved in and suggestions for long-term projects. He was very nice, professional and helpful. We even received a holiday card from him this Christmas and we have signed up for his home maintenance newsletter.

He took the time to answer questions during and after the inspection. The post-inspection report, received only hours after the inspection, provided clear photographs and corrective measures for all identified concerns and opportunities for enhancements. We would absolutely recommend Kyle to all family and friends in the market for home inspection services.

Kyle was excellent, with a good eye for detail and was very thorough when inspecting our new build. He was detailed oriented, and explained everything he found in a clear way. He was patient and made sure we understood what he was explaining. He went above and beyond our expectations and we would recommend him! We had a home inspection and radon test. His report was easy to read and explained everything that he had told us on the day of the inspection. He was prompt in writing the report and posting the radon test results. I enjoyed talking to Kyle because he was kind and explained everything effectively. He had a large breadth of knowledge and encouraged us to ask questions during the process

Each was a duplex, so he has done a total of 4 units. Kyle is incredibly systematic and detail-oriented. Both of his inspections have resulted in significant benefits during the contract negotiation period. Kyle is also very personable and will take time to explain things as he goes along. This is not only appreciated, but very impressive because the ability to multitask while remaining attentive to all aspects of his inspection cannot be not easy.
